These starter terms are intended for planning and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before the September 1, 2026 go-live date.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Pets Health, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

My Pets Health is a guardian-first pet health record platform designed to help organize pet profiles, health records, documents, and related household information.

3. No Veterinary Advice

My Pets Health does not provide veterinary care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for questions about a pet’s health.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or upload.
You should not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to your account and devices.
You should independently verify records before relying on them for travel, boarding, insurance, or care decisions.

5. Accounts and Beta Access

The beta program is scheduled to end on August 31, 2026, and My Pets Health is scheduled to go live on September 1, 2026. Beta access may be limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time before go-live.

6. Local and Cloud Data

The service may include local-first storage and optional cloud capabilities. You are responsible for managing local device access, exports, and backups unless cloud backup is enabled and available under your plan.

7. Subscriptions and Pricing

Pricing shown before September 1, 2026 is part of the planned go-live structure. Final billing terms, renewal details, cancellation rights, and refund policies should be provided before charging users.

8. Intellectual Property

My Pets Health and its design, software, branding, and content are owned by My Pets Health or its licensors. You retain ownership of the pet records and documents you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions, or use the service for unlawful activity.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Pets Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing Law

The final public terms should specify governing law, venue, dispute resolution, and any required regional notices.
